Because I'm from Texas

So yes, I'm from Texas. And YES, I actually like country music..... So with that said, this was just too good to pass up. I don't know if the rest of you are familiar with the country music duo Montgomery Gentry, if you are... well that makes my job easier. If you aren't..... well, I think you'll still get something out of this.

The big story is that Troy Lee Gentry, "has been sentenced to three months of probation and a $15,000 fine for killing a captive black bear. He also must give up hunting in Minnesota for five years. "

Ok, let me give you the low down here. Back in 2004 this guy goes on an 'orchestrated hunt,' which really means it was staged and there was no real hunting of any kind.... in fact I wouldn't be surprised if they drugged the poor bear to make it easier since Gentry managed to kill the 600 pound bear with a bow and arrow...... (Can ya'll smell the bullshit too?) He also video taped the whole hunt and LATER edited it to make it look like a 'fair chase'.......
