Gay Bomb?! That's Just... Gay!

I don't know if this is a joke or not...

Ohio Air Force lab proposed an idea, to support the use of non-lethal weapons, that a gay bomb be built, with the use of funding that would require $7.5 million dollars. The idea is:
"The Ohio Air Force lab proposed that a bomb be developed that contained a chemical that would cause enemy soliders to become gay, and to have their units break down because all their soldiers became irresistably attractive to one another,"
In short, upon impact of the bomb the soldiers would turn gay, and be so irresistible to one another that they would have more interest in having sex with one another, than to fight the battle/war.

Edward Hammond, of Berkeley's Sunshine Project, had used the Freedom of Information Act to obtain a copy of the proposal from the Air Force's Wright Laboratory in Dayton, Ohio. Hammond states that when he asked about the proposed idea, they responded with stating that no such idea is being implemented at the moment, and at the time of proposal, it was immediately dismissed. However he also states that the Pentagon has used the idea of the gay bomb as an example, to promote the use of non-lethal weapons.

You can read the full article as posted on Perez Hilton's website, here.

I seriously hope this was a joke posting. Seriously... GAY BOMB??? lolz I think they would have a better rate of success if they just concentrated a bag of X and released it into the air, then to find a formula to make people gay.
