Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony finally confirmed that they are expecting a baby (did they really think we had no idea?). JLo dropped the bomb while performing in Miami.

People Magazine reports:

Husband (and fellow tour headliner) Marc Anthony, who shrugged his shoulders, caressed his wife's stomach, then leaned over and kissed her belly. "I did not expect her to say anything," he told the crowd. "The whole arena went insane," says one concert-goer. "It was awesome!"
