So sad to hear this...Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff have recently split. The two met on the third season of Dancing with the Stars. Even though they never really come public with their relationship, the quiet twosome were living together.
They were such a cute couple! Oh well...we all know that these Hollywood romances rarely last.
